Can i get JR to rip to wav
Can JR synch WAV files to my MP3 player, i ont want to listen to mp3's

Have you installed a Demo?   You would see under options it supports numerous formats for  CD Ripping, including  Uncompressed Wave

But if you want lossless why use WAV?

Just use FLAC, ALAC or  APE.  All of which  Media Center Supports.    You'll save more disc space and the sound will be the same.

I've got a couple WAV files on my iPod, but I don't remember if I did it from MC or another program.   But then again, the majority of my iPod sync'd music is  MP3 -V 0 --vbr-new  and I can't tell the difference from the FLAC sources were already low quality to begin with.
