New user of JRiver.

Hello, Friend and Members and to JRiver Team

Please help I have been asked to re-installed Media Center 17 after having un-installed Media Center 17. Now I cannot get it back. Where can I get it back because I do not want to have to pay for it at again.

Hello, Forum user and administrator

I follow your instruction to down MC 17 again. I have downloaded MC 17 but when I open the program, pop up -

Warning : Media Center was installed for a different operating system.
Please reinstall Media Center.

What does it mean? How do I overcome this problem?

Please help or Must I un-install everything on MC 18 n MC 17, and then re-install MC 17 again after un-stalling MC18 and MC17.

Do help and advise as this exercise is getting on my nerve.
