Title: Intermittent TV picture and/or audio stuttering

Hi

I get stuttering picture and or sound every 20 secs or so when watching TV via JRiver/laptop with HD Graphics/Display port++ with passive adapter to HDMI TV input/HDHomerun network tuner plugged direcltly into laptop (not networked).

When OTA aerial feeds directly into TV tuner the rendering is flawless.

Are there any tricky settings within JRiver to try before I commence eliminating hardware issues?

Welcome to the forum.  What version of MC are you using?  The latest is at the top of the MC18 board.

Sorry, its MC 18.0.166, will try with latest update and report back

updating MC and rebooting seems to have ?fixed problem or at least improved it, only happened once over one hour.

BTW I can find TV options for recording under devices and drives > TV. Can find other TV options under Options > Video, but not playback options ,de-interlacing...
