Title: Receiving a "Read track failed. Failed to initialize the encoder plugin" message

Greetings,

When I am copying tracks from CDs, the process sometimes stops and I receive a "Read track failed. Failed to initialize the encoder plug in." This does not happen all the time, but it becomes frustrating when it happens after 75% of the CD's files have been successfully copied. I do not have any problems copying tracks when using Real Player, i Tunes or Windows Media, but since JRiver Media Centeris my favorite, I would like to get the issue solved. Could there be a problem with my settings? I followed the guidelines that were outlined in last year's Absolute Sound articles about Computer Sound Quality.
If anyone can offer any assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

Did you try updating?  MC18.0.171 is at the top of this board.

The same thing occurred when I tried the trial version of MC 18.
