Allan Franklin Arbus (February 15, 1918 – April 19, 2013) was an American actor notable for his role as psychiatrist Dr. Sidney Freedman on the television series M*A*S*H.

very sad he was one of my favorites on MASH, that I watch almost daily.

Arbus died of congestive heart failure on April 19, 2013

Mine, too.  He didn't do too bad, making it to 95.
