I have MJ Plus just downloaded 3/28.When I ATTEMPT to burn ,I get an error message stating"Can't set CD writer speed".Help.I've used some free programs that worked better than this!

Could you post your system specs here? It will help diagnose the problem. Just select "System Info.." from MJ's help menu, click "copy to clipboard", and then paste the specs here. Also, try going to "Settings/Options/CD Writer settings" and if "use generic driver" is checked, try unchecking it. Or if it's not checked, try checking it. Then see if it will burn a CD.
Was that the exact error message, or was it actually "Can't set drive record speed"?
Thanks,
