Title: Audio File Conversion slows down for last file in batch

Whenever I convert a file (usually a 24/96 FLAC ->> ALAC) file conversion is snappy, except for the last file in the batch. Whether I convert 10 files or 2 files, the last file in the batch takes probably 10-20 times as long to convert as other previously converted files of similar size.
