Title: Dlna output 88 or 96
Post by: jmschnur on May 02, 2013, 01:25:30 pm
I would like to set my dlna library to put out 88khz  24 bit most of the time (upscaling my 16 bit 44kz ripped CDs) and send 24bit 96khz from my hi res downloads. My Oppo 103 accepts both formats and sounds good doing it.

How can I set this up automatically ? I do not want to upscale my 44 kHz CDs to 96 fearing artifacts.

I use jr remote from another room .

Thanks.

Joel

There are some conversion options in MC settings for Media Network.  I don't know if you can upsample.

Indeed I can upsample with no difficulty.
