Title: Audio and video sync in Trlrvision mode

I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I couldn't find any postings.

Since version 18 came out, I have found the Television performance to be so improved that I was able to retire Windows Media Center and just use JRiver.

However, I do still have one problem remaining, the audio is never completely synced with the video. It's usually slight at first, but gets worse over time. Is this problem unusual?
Am I setting something incorrectly?

Please update MC.  The current  version is 18.0.179.
