Title: Confused by cover art image

Today a user sent me a file for testing with this cover art image.  I had a heck of a time trying to figure out what was on top of her head.

It looked like this on my touch screen (which crushes black levels):

The mouth of a monster?  A weird hair piece?

Then I moved the image to my good monitor and could see the arms:

I couldn't even read the msg before i noticed the monsters mouth.

I could tell it was a finger, but was not sure why a finger was growing out of her head.

At a brief glance, I thought it looked like lady bits (as we call them with the two year old).
