Title: Help needed by a newbie - Library updates etc

I have just started using Media Jukebox 14 and I think I may have started off wrong.
What I want to set up is that all the files in my E:\Music folder on my pc be somehow imported into MJ as the only files I would use, sorted by filename, AND also to have it configured so that every time I add to that E:\Music folder it automatically brings it into my MJ list.

At the moment I have probably started wrong as I have created a Playlist (not library) and importing all files into that. Is that wrong??

Please advise as these programs are getting so complicated to use!!!
