Title: playlist tracks

My playlist tracks are out of order how do I get them back in order?

Do you have shuffle on?  It's a button in the upper right corner.

I have noticed all tracks even in the main library are out of order,if I hover over a certain track it will tell me the track number for that particular one and they are not in order. Norah Jones as an example is track 1 then 9 then 3 etc.

I now have main library organized but playlist tracks are still scrambled tracks are not sequential.

My main library is in alphabetical order by artist but my playlist is not how do I sort my playlist by artist in alphabetical order?

This typically occurs when you have errant Disk # tags.  Check those for each album.  Clear them when there is only 1 disc to an album; set them consistently and correctly for multi-disc albums.

Once items are in the Playlist, they are played back in the sequence added.  You can resort by clicking on a column, and doing an Update Order.

How are you starting playback on your albums ?
