Title: I purchased Media Center 18 but still get warning of trial period ending

I purchased Media Center 18 and received the email from buybutton at jriver acknowledging my purchase, but I still get the "x days remaining in trial period" when I start up.  Is this normal?  I am worried that I am not recognized as a paid-up customer.

Have you installed the registration code?
