Is there a way to make the text globally within MC 18 (190) darker (bolder)? My eyes aren't the best with dull text.
Thanks.

In Tools/Options/Tree and View, you can choose a font.

This option doesn't work for me -- i.e., clicking the button does nothing.

I don't like current font, it's so not clear...

We don't yet have a font choosing dialog box implemented for the Mac version, sorry. It's on the list.
I can't reproduce the crash when clicking the 'select font' button. Was this on a 10.6 OSX system?

Do you have any idea when it will be implemented? I know esthetics isn't important at this point but it's just hard (for me) to see.

We're really still focused on stability and playback issues, then we'll be looking at aesthetics more closely.

I can certainly understand your position but I'd also like to point out what's aesthetics to you isn't for someone who can't see something on the screen.

I understand. It's just a resource allocation issue. Hopefully it won't be too long.
