Hi, I'm having a problem with the program. I've been running it for a few months with no issues but today the program started OK but then hung. I waited a while but it did not resolve itself so I closed the program. I re-opened and it did the same again. I then follwed the onscreen instruction and backed up my library, just before it crashed again) I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version but the problem persists. I have no issues with any other programs at present and am a bit puzzled as to what to do next?

Virus checkers can do that. So can registry cleaners.
Try reinstalling your license.

I have same problem. My PC is Win 7 64 Ult.
I read this thread and tried registry cleaner. but I couldn't delete Registration information.
What key(s) should I delete?

Never use a registry cleaner. They do bad things.

I reinstalled license. but I cant solve problem.

Have you changed anything recently?
Did you consider your virus checker?

I made new playlist (includes about 250 music). and use Gizmo with my smartphone.
I uninstalled my AVG then reinstalled MC and license key.
But problem still appeared.
