Title: When JRiver 18 is running, I cannot hear audio with other SW

I just noticed this recently, so I am not sure its related to a recent upgrade.
I am running the latest 18.0.191

I use WASAPI but I think the issue exists with other settings too.

In short, when I have JRiver running (not even playing), I am not able to hear video on FB/Youtube
Or hear music on Google Play/Soundcloud and also Skype.

If I shutdown JRiver (and also the server), then it works.

How can I fix this ?

Disable WASAPI Exclusive Mode. (exclusive means the software has exclusive access to the sound device)
