Title: JRiver update - no music

I received an update this morning for V18, let it install as usual, have went to play some music, and JR is just hanging, not responding and wont recognise any files at all.

Suggested I unistall and reinstall v18 which i did, and it seem to have made things worse.

I have JRV18 on a windows 7 PC, all files are located on an external hdd, can some one come to my assistance with a simple way to resolve my problem, Saturday night without music.

Apologies, many thanks for the response, Ive just got home, switched everything back on ready to sit down and sort this out, opened up JR and everything seems to be where it should be , album artwork, files etc, cant get my head round this one at all, however will hold files path info just in case i encounter a problem again.

Software! who'd be a developer  ;D
