Title: Program slow after update

I update to .194 and now I detect slowness in execution of the program sometimes. In the previous stable version this problem was not there. Please, fix it!
the problem may be the podcasts? I detect slowness here normally.

If you want to report a bug, please download the latest version first.  You're posting in the 195 thread.

Sorry for this. But if I try to update to .195 the program not let me do it. I have select latest stable version. I don't want beta versions.
So I wait for the next stable version. Thank you.

The update channels are Stable, Latest, and Beta.

If you want to stay on the "Stable" channel, just download the latest version from this topic and install it.
If you are experiencing problems which have already been fixed in the "Latest" build, I'm not sure why you would avoid it.
