Title: Taskbar and jump list features removed?

I noticed in version 18 the Windows taskbar (media control buttons on taskbar hover) and jump list (press a letter key to jump alphabetically in your library) are missing.  Is there an option to restore them (I can't find one)?  If no, can we get these features back, please?

Sorry, it looks like it's just the jump list feature that is missing.  Taskbar is working normally... not sure what I was seeing there.  I apologize for the confusion.
