Title: Default movie audio

Hi

I play movies through my 2ch stereo. Is there a way to set the MC default to the 2ch audio stream in the disc/iso/mkv? By default the stream with largest number of channels seems to be selected and notwithstanding that MC downmixes I tend to find the dialogue too quiet v the rest of the sound track.

You can't pick a default audio stream.

If you use Tools > Options > Video > General Video Settings > Adaptive Volume > Medium then your center channel will be boosted by 3 dB but I'm not sure if this is applied before or after the channels are downmixed. You could try it and see if it helps.
