Title: mp3 encoder not working

I download the mp3 encoder.The good one,the first on the list
I see it installs and get a message it is installed
I see on option and plugin manager that i have mp3 and mp3 vrb ,i can choose the rates
But if i try to rip or convert,MediaJukebox behaves as not mp3 encoder
I can rip and convert in Windows or wav
Rip $encode  on or of the same
delete the pluging and reinstall=still the same problem
Uninstall 8 and all MJ references.reinstall=same problem
I had try some 8 numbers before and never had this problem
I do not have this problem with 7,2
And,as far as i know i have the same configuration on my computer than before.And it is a less than a week clean install

NOT a MJ issue..........
Directx Windows uppdate not installed propely................
