Hi there,
I have a little problem with my Media Jukebox. I am trying to rip a CD, but when I choose "copy/rip CD" I get the following application error:
"The instruction at "0x6c371351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The Memory could not be 'read'. Click on OK to terminate the program."
I have copied many CDs to my hard drive without any problems - what has happened?

Which version of MJ? Also, can you cut and paste your system information here ("System info..." on the MJ help menu).
Is it just one particular CD? Which copy mode (see Settings/Options/Device settings or CD & DVD for version 7).

Had the same problem, over 200 ripped so far, but this one is a burned copy (from a friend's PC) of latest Gomez album "In Our Gun" and also "Point" by Cornelius (also a burned copy). Other burned CDs have ripped fine. Using latest MJ7.7.28, NT4.0 SP6a. Any ideas? Oh sorry forgot to mention - it happens when MJ checks the CDDB database.
Tnx.

Does it work ok if you disable CDDB lookup?
