Hi
All my music files in JRiver media library are Flacīs. But when I want to burn a CD from JRiver I convert them to Wav first.
By marking the songs and then tools and advanced and convert.
After that I choose burn in tools and then I drag the wav songs which i have stored in a map on the desktop.
So far so good.
But then after finish burning, all the wav files appears in my media library together with the original Flac files! So all songs are double suddenly. One original Flac and one converted Wav. This is very annoying. I have then to delete all wav files.
But on the disk were my Flacs are stored there are only Flacs. No wave there. Only in the media library.
What am I doing wrong? I have try to find some setting about this but nothing to find.
Can anyone give me a tip how to avoid this double converted wav files?
Thanks in advance.

That's not necessary.

That's not necessary.
In other words, MC will convert the files for burning onto the CD. You're the one who is creating the duplicates with the step that Jim pointed out.

What is not necessary?
I have tried to burn the flac files directly without converting. And then they also are burned as flac on the CD.
I have checked after burning. They were Flacīs.
How can I make MC to convert to wav before burning? In one step i mean as you describe above?

If you chose a data disc when you burn, it will burn flac files. If you choose an audio disc, MC will convert the flac files automatically.

Aha, yes of course... I overdo the burning process. Thank you very much!
