Sorry - I thought I had posted this one but can not find it (was mentioned by another user in the Video --> Audio conversion thread).
I just retested with V203 and about half the time MC does not create the path in the filename for the particle correctly (see the pic). I see no pattern, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The "bad" ones will not play of course, so you have to delete and redo them (as you can not edit the filename).
Happy to do a log it that helps.
Thanks
Nathan

We're still thinking about how to repay you. We want it to be memorable.

I know.... I think the Chickens have backfired big time on me as I've not heard a "peep" about my bug list ever since they arrived :'(

I'm trying to teach them to write a postcard.

...I thought they may help with the Paintings!

I'll send you one.

Mmmm you know I wanted one.... but it could be a ruse to confirm my address for a delivery of a box of adders :-X

I've seen malformed particle paths when auto creating particles for DVD's as well.
Some particle paths are correct others aren't. If I delete them try again they are usually created OK the 2nd time.
I'll post here again next time it happens with details of the paths created.

Yeah - there has been the odd post on the Main Board about this. I can not work out what the pattern is. Sometimes the path is just truncated for some reason. You have to delete then recreate - very odd.
-
This bug is still present - I made a video that shows how to use Chapterfy and you can see the bug where the first particle created is missing part of the FilePath.

Edit - here is the Log showing the calls to create the particles but I don't see much of interest.

...and unfortunatly you can't fix this bad FilePath using "Rename, Move, & Copy File" as "file is not supported"

Bump - Others are still reporting this issue. I don't "think" it is from my MCWS calls as it has been around since particles were first introduced and can happen from the MC GUI as well.
