Suddenly, my library server will not regiter with JRiver. I cannot even configure it or reset it I just get the error message to configure my firewall to allow port 80. This is happening on several pc's. But, it is already set to do this. Is the Library Server service down this morning?

I have a similar problem this morning, where the client PCs will not load the library from Library Server and it is the same on a tablet running Gizmo. Both were working fine yesterday shortly brfore midnight UK time. Any thoughts why?

And now both clients can load the library. There is more to this than meets the eye ?

We had a server outage this morning, causing possible problems with Access Keys. It's fixed now.

Matt, many thanks for the explanation. I must admit I did not realise that with Access Keys users are reliant on your servers being available. Should it happen again I will know to sit tight until your servers come back to life.

Does this also apply as of today? 2024-mar-03 as well?
