Title: "Digital Terrestrial Lineup" web site ??

The Digital Terrestrial Lineup has some outdated channel information.  Is there a web site ?  Where exactly does JRiver get that data from ?

I did a second web search and this time, came up with some things that indicated that it comes from Zap2It.  I went to their site and it shows the same channels, and so I submitted a channel lineup change form.  It looks like Microsoft gets their data from Zap2It, and JRiver get their data from Microsoft (at least for the USA OTA lineup).
