Title: WebGizmo produced an empty page...

Hi

I am trying to use WebGizmo for the 1st time

I can access the URL of the MC18 fine
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:52199/LibraryServer/

But then when I click on the WebGizmo hyperlink, I get an empty page on Firefox and an 'Oops! This link appears to be broken.' on Chrome

what's wrong there?

and that one

generates an error due to firewall?


Both computers are in the same network

Tried on the same machine where MC is installed - same results.
Empty response.

But there is a web server there on the same port, and the older UI does work.

Right! it is indeed a firewall, if I disable it completely then it works.

I don't want to disable it entirely, however

What port(s) shall I open?

Try 52190 to 52199.  But check your Media Network options / Advanced.  It can be changed.
