Title: Visualization pause?

Hello,

     Anybody know what could cause Visualizations to pause for about a half a second every five to twelve seconds. I listen to music with G-Force a great deal to relax and lower stress levels and the pause is defeating the purpose. Very irritating. Any help would be appreciated.

It means some timer is running on the main thread and stalling.

We try to never do this ourselves although perhaps some special view is to blame.  Does it matter what view MC is sitting at in Standard View?

Also, do you have any third-party plugins installed?  If so, please try disabling them.

No, it happens in all views in but not in WMC.
No plugins.

I see the same thing and it irratates me too, especially when XBMC visualisations are always silky smooth  :P
