Title: JRemote / Media Center Remote

I am new to this forum so I am not sure where this goes.  When I had my SCO servers and ICETCP licenses, we had a phone number to call but that has been quite a few years.  I ordered and paid for a Media Center Remote on May 25, 2013.  I received a registration code by email but never received the remote.  How long does it usually take to ship and deliver a remote?  Thanks.

Haha thank you, I guess the spell checker only goes so far.
