Title: Does JRiver Fix Hulu Issues on MC17?

The Hulu file access problem has been ongoing in MC17 and from what I hear MC18. I understand this is a Hulu interface issue and I understand that MC17 is retired. IMO, the Hulu issues should be fixed in MC17. This is just good customer service and proper support. Still no fix in the last release of MC17.189. What are your thoughts Jim or Matt?

We haven't touched MC17 for almost a year.  All Hulu fixes will always go in the latest version.  MC18 is working.
