Title: Upgrade to new PC

I have JRiver 17 on an XP . I have just bought a windows 7 PC but when I download an upgrade to version 19 a get charged the full price. I have my original registration code, how can I get the upgrade on my new PC

Just enter your license code from MC17 onto the page.  That page has a link to email your registration codes to you.
