Title: Is it possible to control the quality/bandwidth when I download youtube?

As per the thread title I see MC has the option to manage the playback bitrate of youtube videos, only unless I'm missing something this doesn't seem to have any effect when we choose to download a video to my pc. Does MC give us the option of downloading youtube in lower quality or is this potentially a feature for future release?

Currently download is always the highest quality possible.
