Title: Restores used

OK, I have a question. I upgraded to MC 18 to take advantage of getting 19 at a discount. You charged against me a restore for upgrading and then I had to reinstall because of problems with my computer and you charged me with another restore for reinstalling a day later. That doesn't seem fair We should not be charged (and maybe that's the wrong word) a key when upgrading and since the key is suppose to be valid for 14 days I shouldn't have another charged against me for reinstalling a day later.

JRiver is more than happy to restore your RESTORE COUNT, I had to do it when I was going through PC problems.

Exactly. Don't worry about this issue. Unless you're getting close to using them all up!

Just post if you run out of restores, and we'll reset you.

You get a lot, so it's unlikely to happen anyway.
