Title: Font Size in MC 18; is it adjustable within the program?

I have a Surface Pro for my music collection, with MC 18.  But the screen is so small, and my fingers so large, that I make a lot of errors.  Can I adjust the size of the typeface within the MC 18 program?

Yes.  Under Tree and View settings.

Theater View is better for touch screens.

It's on the bottom of the window. You need to scroll down to see it. I had a hard time finding it myself...

The search window at the bottom of options is handy for finding things.
