Title: Won't play files

When I select a file in MJ8 I get an error message saying "MJ was unable to play any of the files in this playlist. Make sure that the path in the MJ library points to the right location. Also double-check to make sure you are not filtering these files" How do I move on from here?

paulbailie - can you give more information? Copy and paste the System Info from the Help menu here and let us know more about the files that won't play. Maybe we can help.

Check the filter option. It's the button on the far right in the player window (under volume slider). If that's off, then check to make sure the file exists. Then if those are right, then you probably don't have the right codec/input plugin to play the song.

What file format are you playing? Which beta version?

Fixed it by simply downloading latest beta.
