Title: Best way to copy flacs to mp3's

I want to make mp3 copies of my entire flac library, every track on every album complete with tags.
Ideally I'd like MC to do this as a mass operation for the existing flac files. Ideally MC would continue in the background as new flac files are added.

I know MC can do this using file conversion functions, but can also use the Handheld Sync operations using the mp3 folder as a handheld.

What is the easiest way to do this with the least room for error?

Handheld sync w/a smartlist defined to include all your FLACs.  Then, just resync every once in a while.

sometimes the obvious is the best choice.
