Title: JRiver installation problem

Hi, I just purchased the latest version for MAC, and when I try to restore the licence (if that is the way to install), I get an error saying

There was a problem restoring the license.

There was a problem creating a temporary file.

Please help

It could be a typo.

Typo of the serial number ?? hemmmm  its trying to create a librairy.. I doubt it.  I'll give it a try.

Also, I've tried about 7 times to restore the liscence, so now I'm down to only 5 more restore.  How can I correct that ?

Any way to get help over the phone ?

Did you download and install the Mac version?  It's at the top of this board.
