Title: Auto Import and Tagging not working

hi i am using MC18 with Windows Server 2012 and the Auto Import feature is not working. If i right click on the file and select import that works fine but my tag isn't correctly setting my ISO files Media Type Properly which i have defined in the import rules.  i have tried to run auto import now and nothing happens just says 0 files imported.  i have verified that i have the proper file types selected for import.  Any help on where to start looking would be appreciated.
