Hi,
I've been trying to use MJ 8 with the rio s10 plugin with limited success. I can see what's already on the player, and can delete songs, but I can't enqueue anything.
Actually, I can see that songs are queued up for transfer, but that only occurs when I have exceeded the memory limit of the player. After I delete tracks from the queue, the entire list disappears.
Anybody else experience anything like this?

Chuck,
Click on the icon for the S10 and you should see the tree expand to show you the memory on the S10(i.e. Internal or External). Drag some files onto either of these memory types and then click on the "S10" icon. You should now see the files on the S10 as well as the queued files. Click upload to send the files. If you prefer, you can right click on MJ files and select "Send-To" to send the files to the last path where you dropped files on the tree.

Steve,
I see the S10 in the handhelds section, and can see both the internal and external memory parts (I have a 256MB card in it as well). When I click on either memory bit, I can see all tracks, or none if I tell it to show queued files only. However, through either mechanism (drag-n-drop or send menu) to queue files up, nothing shows up as being queued, unless the total size of queued files is larger than available memory! Then it shows the list, from which I can delete files.
The queueing mechanism did work for me intermittently today - I'm not sure how or why, though. I was able to see queued files at one point, and upload them. But not before, or since.
I'm about to uninstall the S10 plugin and reinstall, to see if something there is hosed.
Thanks,
-Chuck

I did some testing, and here's what I found:
1) If I drag files directly to the S10, they queue up properly. Everything works as desired. Yay!
2) The "send to..." option does not work unless you first drag files to the S10 memory. This was what I've been doing, to enqueue files. When I drag a file onto the S10 after using the send menu option, I see the files that I previously queued (they were not visible before), and the "Handheld Path" shows "\" instead of "Rio S10\Internal\" or "Rio S10\External\".
3) After dragging a file to the S10, I can then use the "send to..." menu. Handheld paths then work.
So I have a workaround, but this seems like a bug or a slightly hosed config on my part.

Chuck,
I will double check the Send-To path issue and post something soon.

Chuck,
There was a problem with the registry which I fixed. If you could redownload the Plug-in (the version is still the same, but get it anyway) you should be all set.
Thanks,

Thanks, Steve!
It works now - although the first time (after reinstalling the plugin) I tried the send menu option, it came back with (eventually) "Nike PSA\Internal\" for the path. Once I dragged a file to the Rio, everything reset itself and it seems to operate fine now!
