Title: recorder to return in MC19?

Saw the post on July 9. Will the recorder tool return in MC19? Right now I'm reverting to MC 17 to record vinyl. Is this my best option?

I'm trying to record audio from my microphone on my headset, but I can't find anything to allow me to record audio in version 19.
