Title: Syncing handheld creating wrong format [solved]
Post by: XR219 on August 10, 2013, 12:40:57 pm
Hi all,

I've only started using MC18 recently to replace my Zune software and its working very well. I've come across an issue today (which is possibly user error - but help would be appreciated.)
I've told MC18 to sync to the SD card and to convert to WMA CBR 160. All of the settings look correct, but when I start the sync it is creating ALB files? on the SD card with not a WMA file in site. The source files are either WMA or MP3 (mostly WMA though) and it converts all of these to ALB, which my device can't read. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Apologies chaps. It must have been user error as it seems to be working now.

Cheers,

Ben
