Title: Not all images, videos etc discovered?

Hi there,

Just trying the demo for jriver and hoping it might be the perfect solution for my media.

Set it all up and seems pretty intuitive, however after point it to autoimport from various folders on NAS, it says it's complete but I can only see a small selection of media in the various views for audio, images, videos etc.

Can't see a particular pattern, although for images it's only showing psd files? (ie missing the 10,000+ jpgs!).

Have checked the import settings and it's definitely checked to include jpgs - there's no additional options for the library viewer are there to only show certain formats??

 ?

Did you try again?  A NAS can be slow.

yup, tried a few times - I assume it wouldn't say it had completed scanning if it hadn't completed scanning anyway??

Please double check the import settings.
