A file with track number 32 is imported with track number 0
To test
1) change the track number of a file to 32
it shows the correct number because the database is also changed
2) clear database
3) reimport the file
The track number shows 0
Note: the track number is changed correctly as can be observed by an external program such as DrTag. The only problem is that MJ imports 32 incorrectly to 0.
Can someone verify that bug?

I should add that I have tested that behavior on 8.0.227

There was a huge thread on this earlier on. You should be able to find it if you use the search option in Interact.
The gist of it is, it's not a bug. It's by design. A lot of ID3 tag editors don't correctly indicate no track number, and so a lot of MP3's that should have no track number end up looking like they have track 32. To get around this, MJ interprets track 32 as no track. For more detail on this, check out the thread I mentioned.

Tolga
what CD do you have that is 32 tracks or more?
-
I have a CD of sound effects that has over 70 tracks.
But for my own use, I don't really care what track a song was on a CD. I use the track field to show a song's best Billboard Chart position and will enter any number from none to 99.

Thanks For the comments,
The reason why I got so many tracks is that I was combining multiple disk albums.

Doesn't show this in cdnow but that's what it has on the disc.
