Title: Artwork problem under Artists

Album covers are few under Artist - maybe 5-10%. Covers when using  Albums, Files, Genres, etc working fine

24 hours gone by - no help from JRiver.  It still is not working correctly.  Any suggestions.  When using the Artists section (the only one I normally use) artwork is there for some and not there for others.

Have you tried rebuilding thumbnails?

I'll be happy to do this if you will tell me how.  I just looked at all the drop down menus for File, Edit etc and found the word thumbnail nowhere.

There are two places where you can do this:

1. Select the files, right-click and choose Cover Art > Rebuild Thumbnail.

2. Tools > Options > Tree & View > Thumbnails > Build missing thumbnails

Did that and no change.
