Title: Latency figure of Audio Device can't save after change at JRiver 19.0.31

Hello  EveryBody :'( :'(

The Latency figure for Audio Device (direct sound) and (VIA High Definition Audio)[Direct Sound] can't be save after changed, it returned to 0.25 of default figure at JRiver 19.0.31.  Does anyone face the same problem ?  was it a bugs ?   My OS Windows 8.1    Thanks

This looks like a bug and I can reproduce it.  We'll look into it.  Thanks for the report.

EDIT:  This has been fixed and will be in the next build.
