Hello Everyone, i have been using jriver for while now and i love it, my problem is this, Everything i download, i have a one folder on my desktop name Downloads, Everything i download goes to that folder name (Downloads).
Normally when I'm done with downloading a movie or A TV show JRiver shows those thing have have complete. but now jriver doesn't show every video file i have on my download folder, What is The Reason For that?and how can i change it? like if i click on Shows On MC I Want MC to Show All The TV Shows i have on my download folder, i only can see few of my TV shows i have on my PC, and i have more TV shows on my PC then what I'm seeing on MC.and i have jriver setup to auto scan if i put a new file on my download folder, can anyone please help me with this? Same thing with the Movies. when i click Movies On MC19 not Every Movie is showing up, please help me to get this fixed.

Do they not show up in your library at all, or are they just tagged incorrectly? Maybe they're being imported but not showing up under "Shows" or "Movies"?

Yes Your Right.Some Tv Shows Don't Show up when i click Shows on MC,Same With The Movies, They All Are their,How i know this? when i click Files In MC And Do A Search For What I'm Looking For It Can be Found, But When I Click Movies or Shows Some of The Things I Have On My Folder Wont Show Up

Let's Say I have Download WWE mondaynight raw. after i have the file on my pc when i click Shows On MC it supposed to Show me the file i have downloaded, insted now their is a folder call Unassigned all go their, i dint want them to go to that folder,i want them to show me the cover just like all the tv shows i have, is this understandable for you guys?

It sounds like MC can't automatically determine that they are TV shows or movies. You can manually add them by editing the "Media Subtype" tag to them individually. If you want MC to do this automatically I'd suggest downloading TV shows and Movies into separate folders and having auto import add the tags for you.

What you could try is making sure your TV Shows are in their own folder (not mix movies and shows) and configure auto-import.
Add the folder containing your TV Shows under Tools/Import/Configure auto-import. In the bottom part of the window, apply these tags: Media Sub Type: TV Show.
Have a look at the attached screenshot for an example.
You can do the same with movies if they are in their own base folder. Add the folder and add 'apply these tags: Movies'.

The problem is clear. Note that series already in MC won't be affected by this, you will have to find them and tag them as TV Show as Adam explained.
