Title: upgraded No sound
Post by: maid on August 31, 2013, 06:15:59 pm: I have just upgraded to 19.

I usually use Wasapi I use bitstreaming but I have tried both Wasapi options and get no sound.

If I use Default Audio Direct Sound it works.

Please advise..

Could it be MC18 that is still installed?

Direct sound sounds pretty good

Post by: fitbrit on August 31, 2013, 11:22:51 pm: Check in task manager to see if MC18 is still running. If so, end it. Then try wasapi again in 19.

Digital Spidif is set in windows.

Digital Spidif is set in windows.
It sounds like the problem is that your sound device is not being listed.

Seems to have been a conflict in windows sounds.
