Title: Jim please help , don't ignore

I started another thread about my inability to  upgrade 17 to 19.  You told me to go to restore which I have done 4 times without success.  I asked for more help, but you have not responded.   Either help me or
Refund  my payment.

Please use your original thread and provide more details.  Also, keep in mind that it's a holiday weekend in America.
