Title: Creates Back Up Folder

I just noticed that MC19 now creates back up folders: E:\My Documents\JRiver\Media Center 19\Library Backups.

My backup is set to another location and the backups go to that location just fine, but with every back up the folders above are created. (maybe just for manual backups) The Library Backups folder is empty.

Sounds like a side-effect from this change:

Changed: The automatic library backup system will switch to the default backup location when a user specified folder is no longer valid.

We'll try to get it fixed.

Fixed: The custom library backup path validation could unnecessarily create the default folder.
