upon upgrading to 19 today (Newest version) and rebooting all pc's (6) + 1 server and 1 hyper-V server all machines are not uninstalling 18.
i goto control panel/programs and features/ jriver media center 18 screen flashes and nothing happens, it does not uninstall, and i do not get jrivers typical uninstaller.
The only machine that gives a hint of whats going on is hyper v with server 2008 R2
I get an error stating Windows host process (Rundll32 has stopped working)
all uninstalls were tried via windows control panel not a 3rd party uninstaller.
From the server

Run MC18 or install the latest MC18 over the top. Then try to uninstall. It should then work.
Sorry for the trouble.
